We're in search of a Marketing Designer to craft collateral for all our communication needs and to shape a cohesive online brand identity. To truly innovate, you should be able to think outside the box, remain uninfluenced by prevailing design conventions, and suggest alternative approaches when necessary.
design landing pages, case studies, presentations, marketing decks, and other visual materials;
transform content into suitable visuals/infographics;
review product positioning and marketing text aesthetics;
ensure final assets are error-free and consistent across revisions;
maintain and update the company's aesthetic guidelines;
organize and maintain a database of marketing collateral;
define design expertise needs, hire, and manage specialists.
strong portfolio showcasing design work in graphics/marketing and branding;
proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Figma, Canva, Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, Keynote, and PowerPoint;
experience with Readymag/Framer is a plus;
bachelor's degree in digital design, graphic design, or related field;
good command of English;;
ability to articulate design ideas clearly;
knowledge of web-optimized formats for fast site loading;
familiarity with project management tools like JIRA is a plus.
